Since 2014, we've created a welcoming and supportive environment where people from all walks of life come together to grow as communicators, leaders, and individuals. Every member begins somewhere, and you'll find encouragement, constructive feedback, meaningful leadership opportunities, and genuine friendships every step of the way.
## Visiting for the First Time?
Walking into a room full of unfamiliar faces can feel intimidating—we understand because many of us felt the same way before attending our first meeting.
There is absolutely no pressure to participate during your first visit. We simply invite you to come as our guest, observe the meeting, meet our members, and experience the positive, encouraging atmosphere that makes Top Shelf special. If you'd like, arrive a few minutes early so we can greet you, answer your questions, and help you feel right at home.

Each meeting offers opportunities to:

- Think on your feet with fun impromptu speaking exercises
