Welcome to TopTeamFactory — an English-speaking community for managers, team leaders, Agile practitioners and professionals across the EU and UK.
We bring people together to explore how to build stronger teams, organize work more effectively and use AI thoughtfully in everyday management.
Our online sessions combine practical demonstrations, real-world scenarios and open discussions. Topics include:

• Agile ways of working and delivery management

• Managing change and improving team workflows
Whether you’re an experienced manager or stepping into your first leadership role, you’re welcome to learn, ask questions and share your experience. No technical AI background is required.
The community is organized by TopTeamFactory and hosted by Lucy Veleva, drawing on her experience in Agile coaching, team leadership and delivery management.
All sessions are held in English. We encourage respectful discussion, different perspectives and practical learning. Please keep shared examples free of confidential company or personal information.
