National Trails day at Briar Chapel
We will have free beer either from New Belgium or from Carolina Brewery near Pittsboro.
I need 4 volunteers to lead beginner rides from 10am to 12pm. Only 20 minutes rides so please help lead and then join us for trail building.
We would like to celebrate National Trails Day versus a concentrated trail building work day.
Directions: Use the link for Briar Chapel to get you to the general area. Follow these directions once your in the general area:
Turn right from 15-501 onto Hubert Herndon Road (brick facade with Briar Chapel on it). Follow the road straight. Road will turn left cross a bridge and go up hill until you get to a traffic circle. On the other side of the traffic circle is the community center i.e. building, swimming pool, water slide etc.
On June 5th at Briar Chapel; TORC and Newland Communities are teaming up for a day of beginner rides and eating BBQ.
We will be leading rides starting at 10am.
Briar Chapel has been kind enough to provide 'Que for lunch.
