Help us salvage this deck for future bridges and features

This deck is only 2 years old but the house will be torn down soon. The owner has offered it to us for lumber, but we need help taking it apart.

We are trying to salvage the 12'x12' deck, stairs, etc. plus a 4' wide walkway in the front yard that is a ready-made bridge. Actually 2 bridges because there are 2 sections, we need to separate them.

To make this even more fun, we'll have a cooler of softdrinks and beer. Post beverage requests in the comments. Come out and help! Stay as long as you are able.

Tools required are drivers and torx bits, philips heads, there are probably some lag bolts around. The deck boards have tiny T15 torx deck screws so be ready for that! The joists are held in place with galvanized hangers. We'll probably need some hammers and cats paws / crowbars too. Carpentry stuff.

The house has power and water (& bathroom) available. The street is "OK" to park on, but probably better to park in the driveways and yards of both 111 Byrum and 109 Byrum. Just watch out for water meters etc in the grass.
