Briar Chapel Trail Workday – October 24th

The next Briar Chapel Trail workday is scheduled for October 24th, 9am at the Briar Chapel Clubhouse (1600 Briar Chapel Parkway, Chapel Hill, NC 27516). We’ll drive to the work site(s) no later than 9:15am.

Our main focus is a permanent wet spot on Misfit Mile - we’re going to redirect the flow and armor the area, with a goal of hikers and bikers avoiding the mud. I’m expecting to work with small-to-medium rocks, no large boulders.

What are we doing?

• Gloves, water, appropriate clothing (long pants recommended, closed-toe shoes a must)
• Your favorite rock moving gear
