Join us for a weekend trek through Crothers Woods , one of Toronto’s most unique urban forests. Hidden in the Don River Valley, this area features mature maple-beech forests and winding natural trails that make you forget you're just minutes from the downtown core.
This is a great chance to get some fresh air, explore the ravine system, and connect with others

Meeting Point: Loblaws Parking Lot (Redway Rd Entrance) – Meet near the trailhead at the back of the lot.Date & Time: [Insert Date] @ [Insert Time]Distance: Approx. 5–7 km (Loops)Difficulty: Moderate. Expect natural dirt paths, some narrow ridges, and a few steep inclines/declines.
### The Route
We’ll head into the woods to navigate the interior loops, taking in the views of the Don River and the city skyline peeking through the canopy. We will likely end the hike by looping toward Evergreen Brick Works for those who want to grab a coffee or snack afterward.
