What we’re about

The purpose of this group is to bring like-minded individuals together into a community that wants to cultivate being resilient and thriving through life together by implementing both dance and fitness into their lives. We will bring our community together both in person and online.
Women between the ages of 40-70+ would benefit most from this group. You may also have decided gyms are not for you for one reason or another and want to explore how you can maintain a healthy lifestyle through other avenues.
Our events could combine dance, fitness or both. Events will usually also involve some social time!
