Toronto Fractional Executives Pub Night is a casual, in-person networking group for fractional executives (CXOs) across the Greater Toronto Area—including Fractional COOs, CFOs, CTOs, CMOs, CHROs, and other senior operators working on a part-time, interim, or portfolio basis.
The goal is simple:
Get fractional leaders away from their screens and into a pub for real conversations, relationship-building, and shared learning.
We’ll meet regularly at a Toronto pub for relaxed, no-pressure networking. No pitches, no panels, no forced icebreakers, just smart people, good drinks, and honest conversations about:
- Building and sustaining a fractional practice;
- Finding (and keeping) great clients;
- Pricing, positioning, and packaging services;
- War stories from the operator’s seat;
- Referrals, collaborations, and partnerships.
This group is ideal for:
- Practicing fractional executives;

We're back for round three! After two great get-togethers earlier this year, we're excited to bring Toronto's fractional executive community together again for another evening of relaxed, in-person networking.
If you're a Fractional COO, CFO, CTO, CMO, CHRO, or another senior operator working on a fractional basis, this event is for you. It's also a great opportunity for founders and investors who work with fractional leaders to connect with the people doing the work.
