# Toronto Fractional Executives Pub Night: Round 3!
We're back for round three! After two great get-togethers earlier this year, we're excited to bring Toronto's fractional executive community together again for another evening of relaxed, in-person networking.
If you're a Fractional COO, CFO, CTO, CMO, CHRO, or another senior operator working on a fractional basis, this event is for you. It's also a great opportunity for founders and investors who work with fractional leaders to connect with the people doing the work.
The idea is simple: step away from your screens, grab a drink, and connect with people who actually get the fractional life.
## What to expect
- Relaxed, pub-style networking, no presentations, no slide decks, no panels.
- Real conversations with experienced executives and operators.
- Ideas and insights on fractional work, finding clients, and building a successful practice.
- New connections that could lead to referrals, collaborations, and partnerships.
No formal agenda and no pressure. Come when you can, grab a drink, and mingle.
## Who should attend?
- Practicing fractional executives (CXOs).
- Independent consultants operating at the executive level.
- Experienced operators considering a move into fractional work.
- Founders and senior executives at SMBs looking for fractional leadership.
- VC/PE executives exploring fractional leadership for their portfolio companies.
Whether you're well-established in the fractional world or just exploring the idea, come out and join us.
