Forest Bathing, also known as Forest Therapy, is a gentle nature based practice that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and a deeper connection with the natural world. Through a series of guided invitations, we will slow down, engage our senses, and experience the forest in a way that is often missed in our busy lives.
There is no destination, no fitness level required, and no experience necessary.
We will move slowly, covering only a short distance as we explore the forest with curiosity and presence.
Research has shown that spending mindful time in nature can help reduce stress, support emotional well being, improve mood, and foster a greater sense of connection to ourselves, to others, and to the land.
Please dress for the weather and bring water and something comfortable to sit on, such as a blanket, sit pad, or small folding chair.
Come exactly as you are. The forest asks nothing of you except your presence.
