Come join a guided forest bathing walk at Crawford Lake πΏ
Step into relaxation in the forest.
This is a slow, guided walk no distance, no pressure. Just time to unplug, breathe, and settle your nervous system in nature.
Forest bathing (also known as Shinrin-yoku) is the practice of slowing down and taking in the forest through your senses no goals, no rush. Itβs about being present, noticing whatβs around you, and allowing your body and mind to reset.
There will be offerings of simple invitations to help you connect more deeply with the natural world and with yourself.
