Get ready for a fun filled summer afternoon at our Board Game Day & BBQ! Enjoy games, great food, and good vibes, indoors and out. Just a 5 minute walk from Union Station!

⏳ Waitlist: Spots are limited, you'll be moved to the waitlist if spots are full before your payment is received.

🔹How to Join:
📅 RSVP: Confirm your attendance by June 6 to help us plan for BBQ materials
💵 Event Fee: Send **$27 per person (includes $2 event fee) to tmf786@outlook.com** with the message "Game Day & BBQ"
🔄 Refund: If spots are full, your event fee will be fully refunded.
❗ NO REFUNDS after June 4 at 6 PM — and absolutely NO REFUNDS for No Shows.

💡 Important Notes:
💺 Spots are limited — secure your spot early, attendance is only for those confirmed on the Going list
🍗 BBQ grill is booked from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and will be handled by designated hosts and volunteers. Only food provided by the hosts will be barbecued. Guests are kindly asked not to bring personal items for grilling.

🕒 Itinerary:

• 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Arrival & Setup
• 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM: BBQ Time
• 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Board Games & Socializing
• 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Clean-up

(Breaks for Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers will be accommodated)
