[Online] Can Music Help Us Heal?

Our program will run from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. You can join the meeting starting at 10:45 am for our open social.

We will be watching and then discussing a YouTube video of an episode of TVO’s The Agenda. In this episode, a neuroscientist and the author of the book: I Heard There was a Secret Chord: Music As Medicine, Daniel Levitin, discusses how we can harness music to help us heal. The topic & video were selected by Gary Higgins, a Toronto Oasis participant.
