This will be an online Zoom meeting. Please RSVP on this Meetup event to get access to the Zoom link. See our online meeting instructions at: https://torontooasis.org/online-meeting-instructions

Our program will run from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. You can join the meeting starting at 10:45 am for our open social.

Our featured speaker will be Clive Hannah, a Toronto Oasis organizer, as he shares with us how the theme of community has been a thread throughout his life even before he became aware of it. Clive will share how groups and the greater community helped him whether it was his career, his health or his personal life. Clive was recently interviewed for an article for The Good Men Project. Here’s a link to that article: https://goodmenproject.com/featured-content/clive-hannah-toronto-oasis-community-sjbn/

We will also be having live music! Our featured musician will be Wesley Blondin-Doan, whose stage name is Kid Grit. You can check out his music here: https://soundcloud.com/kidgrit.

Kid Grit's folk songs are quiet and pensive reflections of a life lived. From the depths of isolation possible in a digital age, to the heights of exaltation, living and growing up in nature. His music travels through the processes of life and how we heal, through gentle whisperings, swelling warm harmonies, and sometimes painful personal admissions - attempting to find peace and truth in the smallest of things.

By participating in this event, you agree to abide by the Toronto Oasis Code of Conduct (http://torontooasis.org/code-of-conduct).

Looking forward to seeing familiar faces and perhaps some new ones!
