THE FINAL DRAFT - FAREWELL TO THE IMPERIAL PUB

After 81 years in business, the Imperial Pub is closing. For the last 5 years it has been the home of the Toronto Science Fiction & Fantasy Writers.

From hosting our weekly writing critiques, member book launches and Christmas party, the Imperial is more than just another pub, it's a member of our group in its own right - and deserves a proper send off.

Join us on Saturday, November 8th from 4pm to 6pm as we celebrate our time there, and commiserate as the final draft is poured. Share a story of the friends you've met, the times we've shared and the impact this building, and its incredible staff, have had on our writing careers.

But wait. There's more!

Due to overwhelming demand, at 6pm the event magically transforms into an official Pub Night! Savor one last burger, or order of chicken fingers and fries as the festivities continue until they kick us out.
