Technique-focused strength training with modifications for pain history, mobility restrictions, and injury limitations.

Toronto Strength Training & Mobility Coaching is a small-group class for adults who want real coaching, not random workouts.

Using barbells, dumbbells, and other free weights, each class is adjusted to your level so you can build strength safely, improve movement quality, and make steady progress.

This class is a good fit for:

• beginners who want to learn proper technique
• people returning to training after time away
• intermediate lifters who want better form and more guidance
• people working around pain, mobility restrictions, or past injuries
• desk workers dealing with stiffness, back pain, posture issues, or tight hips

Everyone trains at their own level. Exercises are modified based on your experience, movement patterns, and physical limitations, so there is no pressure to keep up with anyone else.

The focus is on strength, mobility, stability, and confidence with weights in a supportive small-group setting.

About the coach
The class is led by a coach with over 10 years of lifting experience and a background in powerlifting and weightlifting. After coaching hundreds of clients in major gyms, the focus is on helping people move better, get stronger safely, and build confidence with free weights.

First class is FREE to try.
Spots are intentionally limited so everyone gets personal coaching.
