Build strength with real coaching in a small-group class in downtown Toronto.

This class is designed for people who want structured strength training with personalized guidance using barbells, dumbbells, and other free weights.

It’s a strong fit for:

  • beginners who want to learn proper lifting technique
  • people returning to training after time away
  • lifters who want more coaching and better movement quality
  • people training around issues like sciatica, lower back pain, posture problems, hip tightness, plantar fasciitis, or wrist/hand limitations

This is not a random high-intensity group workout.
Each person trains at their own level, with exercises adjusted to match their experience, mobility, and limitations.

What to expect:

  • warm-up and mobility work
  • strength training with barbells, dumbbells, and free weights
  • coaching on technique, positioning, and movement quality
  • modifications based on injuries, restrictions, or experience level
  • a supportive, small-group environment

The coach has 10+ years of lifting experience with a background in powerlifting and Olympic lifting, and has coached hundreds of clients.

First class is free.
