This class is designed to help you get comfortable and confident using free weights like barbells and dumbbells while learning the fundamentals of strength training. Every exercise is coached and adjusted so you can train safely and make steady progress at your own pace.

You’ll build strength through functional movements while improving mobility, stability, and overall confidence with weights.

Everyone in the class trains at their own level, so there’s no pressure to keep up with anyone else.

This class is a great fit for:

• People returning to exercise after time away
• Anyone working around injuries or physical limitations
• Desk workers dealing with stiffness, back pain, or tight hips
• People who want real coaching instead of figuring things out alone

All levels are welcome, and movements can be adjusted to fit your body and experience level.

About the coach
The class is led by a coach with over 10 years of lifting experience and a background in powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. After working with hundreds of clients in some of Canada’s largest gyms, the focus is on helping people move better, get stronger safely, and build lasting confidence with weights.

First class is FREE to try.
