Ancient Cultures of Mesoamerica with Barclay Milne

Sunday, Oct 18, 2026 | Hybrid Event, In-person & Online via Zoom
Lecture begins at 5:00 PM EDT | Doors open at 4:45 PM EDT

This talk will focus on the ancient cultures of Mesoamerica — the Maya, Toltec, Olmec, Zapotec, and Aztec — offering a brief overview and history of these many cultures of Latin America. Barclay also plans to touch on new discoveries found with LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) technology, which is revolutionizing our understanding of the ancient world.

This overview builds on earlier discussions of Mesoamerican/Mayan spiritual traditions and lays the groundwork for future talks going deeper into archeoastronomy and the megalithic stonework of Peru, and then more broadly the megalithic stonework from around the world.

About the speaker: Barclay Milne is a member of the Toronto Theosophical Society and a long-time student of the Ageless Wisdom. Dividing his time between Toronto and Mexico, Mr. Milne has also cultivated a deep appreciation for the history and spirituality of the ancient peoples of Mexico, further enriching his perspective on universal spiritual themes. His presentations combine thoughtful research, lived experience, and a sincere desire to guide others toward a more expansive view of life, death, and the ongoing journey of the soul.
