Fin Swimming Practice and Underwater Hockey Game

Practice your fin swimming and join a game of Underwater Hockey.

All fins and hockey gear are provided at the pool.

Beginners welcome. You'll spend the first half of the pool session fin swimming to warm up with optional lessons, and the second half joining an open game of underwater hockey.

1-1 fin swimming and technical lessons are available for free from some of Canadas top underwater hockey players in the first half.

The second half game features a mix of beginners to experienced players and we accommodate needs where possible. Both men and women play together (aka "co-ed"). The atmosphere is very social and we maintain a high level of respect and safety.

Attendance is around 10-15 players.
Cost is $30 for 3 games.
