May long weekend paddling the McCrea Gibson loop

The Gibson McCrea loop
Starting from the McCrea lake put in we go up stream under the 400 Portage into 6 mile lake
Cross 6 mile to the creek that flows into Gibson lake
Paddling all the way to the bottom of Gibson (a very long lake) onto the river camping for two days (taking a camp day)
It is a long weekend
Monday paddling the rest of the way back to the cars
Note parking at McCrea for long weekend is going to be a "S" show
We will have to do some car shuttleing
Bring food for three day
Bug will be starting to come out but should not be a problem in the canoes or where we camp
And yes we'll have no problem finding camping for the group
(no spoilers)
we'll take a camp day here
