More and more people are turning toward consciousness-exploration tools, often after feeling disenchanted or limited by other therapeutic modalities. For some, these experiences bring clarity and insight. For others, they can be overwhelming, destabilizing, or difficult to integrate without adequate support.

Integration is the process of making sense of psychedelic or non-ordinary experiences over time. It is not about intensifying or repeating the experience, but about understanding how it lives in the body, the psyche, relationships, and everyday life.

Toronto Psychedelic Integration is an online group facilitated by a transpersonal psychology counsellor and psychotherapist, together bringing over 10 years of combined experience in integration, trauma-informed, depth-oriented work. Our aim is to offer structured and ethically held space focused on grounding, containment, discernment, and psychological safety, particularly when experiences feel unresolved or emotionally charged.

Integration is often the most neglected part of this work. Without it, even powerful experiences can remain fragmented or become sources of confusion rather than growth.

Participants are strongly encouraged to be engaged in personal therapy alongside group participation. Ongoing individual therapeutic support and appropriate safeguards are essential when working with intense or destabilizing material.
