About us
As women age, muscle mass naturally declines, which can increase body fat and affect strength and balance.
This class is designed to redefine and firm muscles using hand weights, balls, resistance bands, and the ballet barre to sculpt the entire body.
You’ll improve balance, build bone density to help prevent osteoporosis, and strengthen functional movement patterns.
The class incorporates interval training for more efficient calorie burn and weight loss, and finishes with gentle stretching to enhance flexibility and help reduce the risk of injury.
Class is designed for women over 55 years of age.
Please bring an exercise mat.
Classes are held at the Jupiter Community Center, 200 Military Trail in Jupiter. It's located just south of Indiantown Rd behind the Police Dept.
Cost of class: 10-class pass to allow for flexibility around your schedule: $80 for Town of Jupiter residents/$100 for non-Jupiter residents (5-class passes are also available)
LAST CLASS OF THE SEASON IS MAY 14. CLASSES WILL RESUME IN JANUARY 2027.
