Traction REIA is not only a Meetup Group, it's a full Real Estate Investors Association with a Meetup group.
We are the main association for Real Estate Investors in Northern Virginia, Maryland and DC.
We are the only Official National REIA Chapter in the Greater Washington DC Metro Area and have been serving this area for almost 20 years. We are the recipient of the National REIA "Honors of Merit" and the "Award of Excellence" for Best Real Estate Investor Association!
We have monthly meetings in Tysons Corner, VA and Greenbelt, MD. We also hold Saturday seminars on different topics important to Real Estate investors of all experience levels.
