What we’re about

The aim of this group is to share traditional hatha yoga with people who would like to deepen their practice, explore mindful movement, and learn and unlearn together.

Everyone is invited, no matter your background or experience. All you need is an open mind and the willingness to bring your awareness to yourself.

About me:
After many years of practice, I’ve completed my yoga teacher training in 2023 in an Indian ashram, and I would love to share my practice with people from all kind of backgrounds. It’s important for me to stay true to the tradition and the roots of hatha yoga, keeping in mind that different people benefit from different experiences, and providing a trauma-informed approach.
