Shoden I (first degree) beginners Reiki class

Held over two consecutive Saturdays-
May 23rd & 30th - 1:00 pm-5:30pm (both days)
This is Day 1 of 2. Day 2 will be held in one week on the following Saturday.
Shoden I first degree beginners Reiki class is where your Reiki journey begins. It’s simple, hands-on, and open to anyone who feels curious or called to learn.
This class is perfect if you want to practice on yourself or share Reiki with family and friends, have taken Reiki in a previous style but wish to learn the Traditional Japanese method, or if you’re a previous TJR graduate and want to reconnect with the basics.
You’ll start practicing right away in the first class. No pressure, no need to ‘get it right.’ Just a supportive space to learn by doing.
After completing post-class requirements, you’ll receive your certificate and be celebrated at a future Reiki Circle, usually with CAKE!
Prerequisite:
Attendance of at least one Reiki Circle or have prior experience with me.
If you’ve been thinking about learning Reiki, or need a refresher, this is a really good place to begin.
