Medway Valley Lakes and Woods Trail - Saturday 17 January
Details
Join us as we follow a trail across the scenic countryside of the upper Medway Valley in Sussex. Straddling the Prime Meridian, from which the world is measured, our route is one of beautiful rolling hills, picturesque woodlands, and alluring lakeside views.
Walking westwards across the zero degree line we will head through pleasant pastures along the Sussex Border Path, leading us towards the Weir Wood lake. Skirting close to the waters' edge we will cross back over the Meridian and then take in the gorgeous hills and valleys of the High Weald Landscape Trail.
