Liam Mc hike - Glendalough and the Spinc - Laragh Free car park - 18km

Meeting in the free public car in Laragh…next to the Woollen Mills… and GAA grounds at 09.40am and on the hike thereafter.

There will be a mixture of tracks, trails and cross country - Distance: Approx 18km. Ascent of 800m

Appropriate hiking gear is always a must on my hikes.
Please bring lunch and drinks of your choice.
Coffee afterwards in Glendalough Cafe.
