**DEPARTING AT :** 9.30am - Meeting point carpark at top of Lenah Valley Road - see map
**HIKING DISTANCE :** approx kms 9.8kms
**GRADE 3:** Some elevation on fire trails, tracks and we will be hiking up a rough pad (only 350m up then down).
**DURATION :** Should complete walk in 3 to 4 hours (including breaks)
**FACILITIES : None**
**TAS PARKS PASS : No**

Must be confident on uneven ground, have appropriate good footwear and clothing. Parts of this hike are rocky underfoot.

**Description of Hike/Walk:**
The hike climbs steeply up the Main Fire Trail to the start of the Lenah Valley Track - not long. We then access Old Hobartians Track and make our way to Junction Cabin using North/South and Lenah Valley Fire Trail. From JC we walk Lenah Valley Track and visit Lone Cabin. Then follow a pad up to another lovely hut. We return via Lenah Valley Track to cars.
