Bear Peak From Shanahan Ridge

Edit: Rescheduled for Saturday May 23rd due to rain and thunderstorms forecast for Sunday.

We will hike up Shanahan Ridge and Fern Canyon to Bear Peak, with an option to either return the way we came or add South Boulder Peak and return via Shadow Canyon depending on the weather and mood of the group.

This is a steep and challenging trail, and all hikers should be fit. Expect to do just over 3000 feet of elevation gain.
