Trails and Dales

Hike around the beautiful Twin Lakes Park, a hidden gem in Nassau County. We'll meet at the trail head between the lakes, and hike around the lakes once or twice. It should be a few miles total and mostly flat but unpaved. Wear good trail shoes. Bring water and a snack. Steady rain cancels.

Easy going moderately athletic hike in West Hills Park. We'll meet at the end of Reservoir Rd at Jaynes Hill, and hike about 3 or 4 miles total. We'll stop for photos and or wildlife spotting. Unpaved trails and hilly at times. Wear good shoes and bring snack+water. Steady rain cancles.

A leisurely stroll from one end of the boardwalk to the other, and back. We will meet at the East end of the boardwalk by Neptune Blvd. Follow the pin. Bring a cheerful disposition and some comfortable shoes. We may go somewhere to eat after depending on how we feel. Feel free to go at your own pace or to walk on the beach. You can't get lost lol. Parking is wherever you can find a spot. Light rain and we'll still walk, but steady rain canceles. Let's enjoy Spring at the shoreline. 4.4 miles
