Devil's Eyebrow Hike - Medium Intensity

Devil's Eyebrow Natural Area has a total length of 11 miles or so, including spur trails that vary from 1.4-4 miles in length. The goal is to complete the first spur trail, There are decent inclines on the trail, about 1.5 miles from what I recall, but with a good incline.
Recommendations
-64 Oz of water or more
-Electrolytes
-Snacks, or a lunch
-Comfortable trail shoes or boots with good grip, best if they're water resistant
-Tick repellent
-Sunscreen
-Clothes suited to heat and woods
-Hat
I'll bring tick repellent, sunscreen, extra water, food, electrolytes, and a heat emergency kit.
