In the run up to International Women's Day, join us for an inspiring and interactive event focused on exploring leadership styles. In this session, we’ll dive into a model of Situational Leadership, led by Andy Stanley from Erskine Nash, followed by round table discussions around how you choose your preferred style, and how you can influence a leader to use the 'correct' style with you.

The event will conclude with a panel discussion with leaders and aspiring leaders from across the tech sector. The panellists will be sharing their personal leadership journeys, challenges they've faced, and how they’ve harnessed their unique strengths to lead with impact.
