With the rise of the technical and digital age, STEM education and training are fundamental to building the future workforce and will be indispensable as the world faces pressing issues such as climate change, cyber security, bio-diversity loss, energy crises, and global health issues.
In this session we will discuss the current skills gap and how we can empower young people with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the future. We will cover the STEM journey from primary school to high school, throughout university and discuss how this is translating to the workplace. We will also consider how businesses can set schools up for success.
