Tapping is described as psychological acupressure that can miraculously relieve physical pain and emotional distress.

Tapping for Transformation virtual meeting structure
Orientation (15 minutes) Introductions, an overview of Tapping, Q and A
Tapping (70 minutes) Planning the Tapping focus, Guided tapping, and feedback
Debrief (5 minutes) Sharing, connection, and close-out
Please note that these meetings provide a safe space to share personal challenges. With this in mind, your choice to attend means that you will hold and respect this by maintaining confidentiality and compassion for what is disclosed.
