Did you know that the top most way to increase your good cholesterol is to do physical activity? Google says so as you can see in the search results.

My cholesterol became balanced after I started my exercise regime.

If you are not able to do start off exercises immediately, you can take baby steps of walking to beginwith. An easy tip to start is 10 mins of stroll after every meal (breakfast, lunch & dinner), which sums up to 3,000 steps a day. Plus total 10 mins walks here an there would provide you with 4,000 steps which would be a good beginning.
