This guided breathwork class uses intentional breathing patterns to help access stored emotional experiences and subconscious beliefs that may be impacting your daily life.

Shadow work allows us to compassionately explore the parts of ourselves we’ve pushed away — fear, shame, grief, anger — while simultaneously cultivating love, self-acceptance, and inner safety.

During this session, we:
• Use structured breathwork techniques
• Create a safe, supported environment
• Process emotional release
• Integrate insight with grounding practices
• Close with intentional restoration and light-focused meditation

Participants often report clarity, emotional release, and a renewed sense of connection to themselves.
