Font’s point sunset/moonrise

Join me at Fonts point for sunset and moonrise. This is a Tuesday, the night before the full moon. Sunset and moonrise are around the same time at 7:56ish. The road to fonts point can be very sandy, 4x4 is highly recommended. Carpool options are available. If you are driving and can take passengers let me know. I can take 2-3 people from Escondido or Christmas Circle.

If you want to incorporate the badlands in your foreground, you won’t need a super telephoto lens, and therefore the moon will not be very big.

We’ll meet in the parking area before walking out to the point at 6:30pm or at Christmas Circle at 6:00pm.
