**14D MAJESTIC EVEREST (EBC) TREK!** - With Views to WOW You!

The ULTIMATE adventure of a lifetime trekking to the 'Roof of the World' to reach the majestic EVEREST BASE CAMP (EBC).

First conquered by Tenzing Norgay and Sir Edmund Hillary in 1953, Everest has traditionally been the ultimate goal for mountaineers. Today hard-core trekkers are always looking forward to this CHALLENGE and GOAL of reaching the world's highest mountain's Base Camp.

Flying in to Lukla on our own TLC Domestic Chartered Flight (if we have the min. nos.) exploring the majestic snow-capped mountains, streams and valleys surrounding the towering peaks, enjoying the awesome views in Nepalese teahouses, learning about the traditions and cultures of the famous Sherpas and exploring the beautiful ancient sites in exotic Kathmandu etc.

The EBC Trek has been listed as the Number One trekking trail by National Geographic. The trek takes you to the base of Mt. Everest (8848m), the world’s highest peak as well as to the top of Kalapatthar (5545m). The trail passes through the Namche Bazaar, the capital of Khumbu region and a cultural center of Sherpa people. You will have plenty of opportunities to learn Sherpa culture and appreciate their hospitality. Also, don’t miss the famous Tengboche Monastery, one of the biggest monasteries in the Everest region and a perfect viewpoint to watch the splendid and up close view of Ama Dablam (6812m).

The challenging Trek to Kalapathar will be the most rewarding as it offers the best glimpse of Everest not found anywhere in the world. You will enjoy spectacular views of the highest mountains in the world including Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse (8516m), Mt. Cho Oyu (8201m), Mt. Nuptse (7861m) etc. The trek entirely takes place through the Sagarmatha National Park area, listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site which is home to such endangered animals as Snow Leopard, the Red Panda and the Himalayan Tahr.

The final ascent of the trek takes us to EBC (5364m) which affords a magnificent south face of Mt. Everest.
