7:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Welcome & Warm-Up

• Arrival & Registration: Guests arrive, check-in, and get settled.
• Mingle & Tune In: Light background music sets a relaxed mood as guests find their seats and chat with early arrivals.
• Opening Remarks: A brief welcome and introduction to the evening's singing showcase

7:30 PM - 8:45 PM: The Main Stage - Singing Mini Competition - Showcase

• Form a group of two or three to have Vocal Showdown among the teams : Our talented contestants take the stage to perform their chosen songs. Expect a diverse range of genres and captivating performances!
• Audience Engagement & Judge: Encouragement for the audience to cheer for their favourites.

8:45 PM - 10:00 PM: Unwind & Connect - Singing on stage, Chit-Chat & Mingling

• A Quick Results Announcement (Optional/Brief)
• Open Socializing: A chance to showcase your singing talent to the rest, make new friends, catch up with old ones, and discuss the evening's performances.
