This one-day workshop is intended for Realtors who must procure photos of the house or commercial property about to be listed for sale; or the photographer who desires to get hired by the realtor to create photos for the web site listing. Most Realtors publish photos on one of several on-line web pages like Zillow or Realtor.com that are viewed by the prospective house buyer to decide which houses to visit or not. Most realtors are not skilled photographers; nor do they have to be, if they know enough to hire a skilled photographer.

This workshop will teach both kinds of people to either shoot the kind of photographs needed; or to know how to hire the proper photographer. As a photographer, learn how to photograph interior photos of a small kitchen and make it look larger. Learn how to match bright light coming in from the picture window to match with the darker interior light of the room. Learn about flying a drone to get the aerial view. Learn how to photograph a tight space using panorama techniques usually reserved for landscape photographers to get everything in the room included, but minimze distortion. Finally, learn about pricing your work to the industry standards to hire or be hired to do this kind of work. This workshop is also now available on-line.
