Ohio River: Neville Boat Ramp To New Richmond

Sorry for the late notice:

Ohio river evening paddle. 11-12 miles, then a late snack at the Landing Casa Del Rio!

Meet at the Neville Boat Ramp on SR 52.(11-12 miles east of New Richmond) :) Be unloaded and ready to shuttle the vehicles to New Richmond Landing by 5:45 pm.
After a brief Safety Chat, we will launch.

Safety equipment:
Your Kayak must be 12 feet or longer to participate in this event.
You must wear you PFD.
Must have a whistle or horn.
Must have a light (or two) that can be seen 360".
You will not drift out to the middle of the river for this event.
We will stay in a group, alert for River Traffic and Barges.

SAFETY SIGN IN: Everyone will sign in before launching: your name, Emergency contact person and phone number. I realized if someone required 911, I do not know last names or who to call. This list is kept in my dry bag during the paddle, then shredded when I get home. Hopefully we will never have to use it. :D
