Fall into Friendship: A Nature Hike 🥾🍂

Hi friends! Fall’s a beautiful time to get out and about so join me to see if we can spot some fall colors before winter settles in 🥶

We’ll be walking the ~ 2 mi Lakeside & Secret Creek trails at Durant Nature Preserve. I’ve never been here before so looking forward to exploring together 🦔

🅿️ Parking & Meeting Spot

• Follow Camp Durant Road to the parking lot at the end.
• Meet near the park office/training lodge by the north parking lot.

IMPORTANT: Use the NORTH entrance on Camp Durant Road, not the Spottswood Street entrance.

🌿 What to Bring

• Comfortable walking shoes with good traction (trails are unpaved!)
• Water and a light snack (optional)
• Your friendly self! Coming solo is highly encouraged.

🐕 Leashed dogs welcome! Please keep them on a leash no longer than six feet.
