Picnic & Sports Day with the Czech and Slovak School of North Carolina

Join us for a fun afternoon of food, sports, water activities, and great company! Bring your family and friends and enjoy a relaxed day by the water with our Czech and Slovak community.

We’ll fire up the grill with hotdogs provided, play some friendly volleyball and badminton, and enjoy the water with kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding - bring your gear!

🏖️ Special activity: We’ll host a Sand Castle Competition with fun prizes, so bring your creativity! Please bring your shovels and buckets for castle building.

🌭 Potluck style: We will provide hotdogs for the grill, and we invite everyone to bring a side dish or dessert to share.

Most importantly, it’s a great opportunity to connect with fellow countrymen—both new to the area and those who have been here for years, share stories, and make new friendships. We hope to see you there for a day full of sunshine, laughter, and community! 🏐🚣‍♀️🏖️
