Meet n Greet for Team Forming + GGJ Theme Reveal Celebration

The theme for Global Game Jam (GGJ) will be revealed between 1:00pm - 2:00pm EST. Join us for a celebration and team pairing session. This is the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow game enthusiasts, share your ideas, and start conversations to potentially start forming teams. Whether you're a professional game developer, complete beginner, creative designer, or passionate gamer with a day job in an unrelated field - this event is open to everyone looking to contribute their labor and make something happen for an unforgettable jam.

Can't make it in person on this date? No worries! You can always hop on our discord server and start the conversation there. This is the primary place we'll be encouraging people to form teams up until the jam we'll be hosting from the launch on the 26th through the 28th. We'll also have one more team-forming session on the 25th, both on discord, and in person for those who come into the office for Thursday coworking.

In person events add a dynamic element to game jams, so I encourage you to make it out if you can! We'll be getting started at 12pm and around until 6pm, so feel free to stop by anytime in between. Make sure to let someone know when you arrive (Meetup message, or preferably on discord.)
