ok folks here's the menu. trying to simplify a bit to ensure shorter wait times, better food, etc. we are planning on serving food from about 10:30am till 2:30pm (or when we sell out). planning ahead so we SHOULD NOT sell out as early as last time (or at all hopefully). this way folks can show up at a more normal brunch time/pace and the place won't be so bananas!
1) Biscuits and Mushroom Gravy (Soy-Free and Gluten-Free Option) - $11
'2 large, flakey, country style biscuits smothered in thick, peppery mushroom gravy served with a generous side of spiced, smoked and slow cooked seasonal greens and garlic/herb roasted potatoes'
2) Classic Breakfast Plate Done Vegan (Gluten-Free Option!) - $11
'3 fluffy pancakes served with 3 strips of smokey tempeh bacon, a warm seasonal fruit compote and a side of lightly spiced scrambled tofu
Drinks and à la carte items will be available as well based on what looks good this week at the market!
