Each week features a different facilitator and practice. Whether you’re seeking calm, energy, or inspiration — these Sundays are designed to bring you back to yourself.

### Sunday 1 — Himalayan Yoga | Sunday, October 19th

A grounding and energizing yoga experience brought directly from the Indian Himalayas.
Combining alignment, breath, and flow, this practice opens the body and clears the mind — the perfect start to your Sunday..
Expect: balance, energy, clarity.

### Sunday 2 — Dance of Life | Sunday, October 26th

A one-of-a-kind movement therapy — first time in San Diego!
Jimmy Melnik guides a powerful journey through music, memory, and emotion — from birth to death, through sweat, stillness, laughter, and truth.
Expect: barefoot movement, emotional release, and guided embodiment.

### Sunday 3 — Breathwork & Meditation | Sunday, November 2nd

Drop into your nervous system and meet your breath.
This session blends conscious breathing techniques with meditative awareness to calm anxiety, restore energy, and bring you back to center.
Expect: breath cycles, stillness, and a sense of lightness.

### Sunday 4 — Sound Healing & Stillness | Sunday, November 9th

Let your body dissolve into sound.
This class features crystal bowls, chimes, and healing frequencies to soften the body and reset the mind.
Expect: deep rest, sonic nourishment, and quiet renewal.
Lay down, close your eyes, and let go.

### Sunday 5 — Ecstatic Dance | Sunday, November 16th

No choreography. No mirrors. Just freedom.
Move however you feel as Jimmy curates a sonic journey from within, while DJ ___ holds the space with a hand-picked musical set.
Expect: connection, sweat, bliss, and release.
