Are you looking for more opportunities to ride? Whether you consider yourself a Christian or not, we would love to have you join us for a ride, a meal, or even a safety class. In addition to having our own rides, we will join other local clubs and organizations for their rides and events. It doesn't matter if you just started riding or have been riding for years, there is a place for you here. Come Ride With Us! Guests are always welcome.
DISCLAIMER, WAIVER, and RELEASE: By maintaining membership in this Meetup group and/or by participating in any currently planned or future event(s), you acknowledge your agreement to all of the following statements:
* You agree that you are fully knowledgeable of the dangers and hazards associated with riding on a motorcycle/vehicle.
* You agree that you are solely responsible for wearing protective gear in compliance with all state laws including those regarding helmets.
* You certify that the driver of the motorcycle/vehicle you are riding is duly licensed and competent to operate the motorcycle/vehicle in a safe manner.
* You agree that you are not under the influence of any narcotic, alcohol, or other drug that might impair your understanding or judgement and that you will not ride while under the influence of any drug or alcohol.
* You agree that the driver of the motorcycle/vehicle you are riding is not suffering from any known physical impairment that might affect the safety of the group.
* You agree that the motorcycle/vehicle is in a safe operating condition.
* You agree that the motorcycle/vehicle driver is solely responsible to determine the speed and operational characteristics of the motorcycle/vehicle while participating in the ride.
* You agree to release and hold harmless the Event Organizer(s) and Triangle Christian Bikers against any and all claims, causes of action, or any other liability of any kind arising from your participation in any event/ride or from your riding the motorcycle/vehicle.
* You agree this waiver and release is in force for the duration of the event/ride and covers any and all activities associated with the event(s)/ride(s) in which you participate.
