Dear GTD'ers,

We are happy to announce our ninth Nordic Virtual GTD Meetup. This time the topic is GTD systems.

The agenda for the Meetup is going to be:

1. Welcome
2. News from GTDnordic
3. Greetings from the GTD coaches and trainers present at the Zoom Meetup
4. Is your system over-complicated? To set the stage Jens Hynne Petersen will interview Mr. GTD in Finland, GTD coach and trainer Jukka Backman about GTD systems. When are they too simple or over-complicated? After the interview we will have a Q&A with Jukka
5. Group discussions about too simple and over-complicated GTD systems
6. Lean Coffee session. We talk about your favorite GTD questions in smaller Zoom breakout rooms.

If you have any GTD questions, you can use the chat box during the
Zoom meeting or send them to lars.henriksen@gtdnordic.dk before
the Meetup. If you prefer, you can also ask the questions during the
Q&A session. As usual, if you have any questions about the Meetup,
please don't hesitate to ask any of the local GTD organisers.
