Are you in your 20s/30s and wondering how to make friends as an adult? Did you just move to Richmond, VA (RVA) and need new friends or things to do? Have you lived in RVA for a while but still would like to diversify your circle of friends? Are you single, engaged, married, or divorced and looking to meet other like-minded friends? Do you like food, beer, wine, cooking classes, games, outdoor activities, music, or anything fun and would rather go with friends?
If you answered yes to any of those questions, this group is for you! Trying to Adult RVA is a membership-based social group. It is open to anyone 21+, of any gender, that want to make friends.

Are you ready for a tail-wagging good time? Join us at Ruff Canine Club, where you can enjoy meeting new human and furry friends! Bring your own pup along to partake in the fun and make memories that will have both of you howling with joy.
You do NOT need to have a dog to attend! Humans are welcome with or with out dogs.

Special Doggy Day Rate: Bring your pup for just $5 per dog! To ensure the safety and well-being of all our furry guests, please review the dog rules below.
Dog Rules:
- All humans bringing dogs must create a pet profile and upload the required immunization records (DHLPP, Bordetella, and Rabies).
- Dogs aged 1 year and older must be spayed or neutered to enter the park.

Important Information for Dog parents:
- Discount Offer: Mention that you're with "Trying to Adult RVA" to receive a special $5 discount at Ruff Canine Club. A day pass is typically $10 per dog but will be reduced to $5 for our group. The special day rate for dogs can be paid upon arrival at Ruff Canine Club.

- Water Balloon FightMain Line Brewery, Richmond, VA
Join us for our THIRD annual water balloon flight. This event is always epic! Prepare to get soaked, have a blast, and beat the summer heat with this thrilling and refreshing meetup event. After, join us for a post battle beer or cocktail at Main Line Brewery.
BRING YOUR OWN PRE-FILLED WATER BALLOONS! Please bring your own stash of already filled water balloons. Speaking from experience, the best way is to transport them in a cooler. However, get creative and bring as many as you can. The more water balloons the more fun to be had! Please also help clean up the broken balloons after so we can keep Main Line's awesome space clean!
We will meet at the backside of the outdoor space at Main Line. There is open space by multicolored huts which is where we will be! Keep an eye on comments if you are running late. However, don't come too late or your might miss the fun!
Make sure you dress in clothes you are okay getting wet. Of course, be safe. Never aim for anyone's head/face. Come at your own risk!
This event is free for premium members and $5 for all other members. Space is limited to 50 people. Spots are first purchased first confirmed. All attendees must have a confirmed ticket to attend. Once all spots are claimed and the event is sold out, those without a ticket will be moved to the waitlist on Meetup.
In the event of inclement weather, this event may be cancelled. A announcement will be made an hour prior to the start of the event. If cancelled, all paid tickets will be refunded.

Parking: there are two parking lots on site. There should be enough parking. However, there is also street parking if the lot is full. Feel free to drop off your water balloons at the bottom lot so you don't have to carry them far.
